Each page has a link to an order, either for the whole page, or for individual items on the page. |

Enter the quantities required for each item, and then click the BUY NOW button. A running total will be held during the session, whereby you can continue shopping. |

During shopping you can review your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "Review Shopping Cart" link at the top of the side bar to the left, under the heading "On-Line Ordering". |

At the end you can go to the "Checkout", and submit your final order. |

If you supply a valid e-mail address, a receipt will automatically be sent to you. Please verify your order, and contact us if there you have any queries |

For most parts of the UK mainland, carriage is free for orders of £50 or over. For orders under £50, there will be a carriage charge of £6. This does not apply to Furniture. |

For some parts of the Scottish Highlands, offshore Islands, and destinations outside the UK mainland, carriage charges will apply. These charges will be kept to a minimum, but please contact us for further details. |

When ordering on-line there are 2 payment methods |
|

Credit or Debit Card: You can enter your credit card details on-line. We use a SSL secure server, so your details are secure. These details will not be e-mailed to you.
Other: Other ways of payment include Telephoning your credit card details, paying by BACS direct to our bank ( See the terms and conditions page for our bank details), or by Cheque sent to the address at the bottom of each page. |

If you pay by Credit or Debit Card and all items are in stock and there are no carriage charges to apply we will attempt to despatch your order between 24 to 72 hours. If you need your order for trading by a certain date, please specify this in the Additional Information section.
If you use any of the Other methods, we will telephone you first to verify the stock and confirm your payment method. |

Please include your Trading Name, Contact Name, Invoice Address, Delivery Address (if different), Telephone Number and E-Mail Address. |

Within 48 hours, we will contact you by either e-mail or telephone, to verify the order and total amount. For some destinations, carriage charges may be added. |

Please do NOT send your credit card details to us via the e-mail (E-Mail is not secure). |

If orders are received before 12 noon, depending upon stock and the nature of the order, we will attempt to deliver for the NEXT DAY. |
